Beijing, 4 December 2025 - To implement the 2024–2035 Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education and its accompanying Three-Year Action Plan, the Key Research Base for National Textbook Construction (Comprehensive Research on Continuing Education Textbooks) held its inaugural seminar on high-quality continuing education textbook development at the Open University of China (OUC).
Beijing, 30 November 2025 -The finals of the 16th Beijing Municipal College English Speech Contest 2025 concluded at the University of International Business and Economics. LUO Yinchi, a student majoring in Artificial Intelligence enrolled in autumn 2025, selected and coached by the Experimental College of the Open University of China (OUC), was awarded the First Prize.
Qingdao, 17-18 November 2025 – The Open University of China (OUC) held 2nd New Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Qingdao, Shandong. It was attended by LIU Xuanxuan, Deputy Secretary of CPC OUC Committee, and LI Minggang, Secretary of CPC Qingdao Open University Committee. LIU Zhifang, Dean of OUC's School of Economics and Management, presided over the Opening Ceremony.
