YU Ziwen, Tujia ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He enrolled in the 2014 Business Administration programme at Changde Branch, Hunan Open University. He is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and currently serves as Chairman and General Manager of Hunan Xiang Jia Husbandry Limited by Share Ltd. FU Guoqiang, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He enrolled in the 2021 Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation programme at Changde Branch, Hunan Open University. He is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and currently serves as senior technician at Hunan Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. His honours include the "National May 1st Labour Medal," "National Tobacco Industry Model Worker," and "National Tobacco Technical Expert."
SHEN Changjian, Han ethnicity, enrolled in the Administrative Management programme at Hunan Open University (Changde Branch) in 2022. He is a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and a major rapeseed grower in Linli County, Changde City, Hunan Province. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance since 2024 and honours including the "National May 1st Labour Medal" and "National Model Worker."
ZHAO Ping, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China and an outstanding graduate of the Open University of Shaanxi. He is a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress (NPC), senior technician at the Component Factory of Shaanxi Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Hanzhong Municipal Federation of Trade Unions (concurrent). He was appointed as Aviation Industry Distinguished Technical Expert from February 2014 to November 2020; received the title of "National Technical Expert" in 2014; was honoured as "National Model Worker" in 2015; has received the State Council Special Government Allowance since 2017; and has been appointed as Aviation Industry Chief Technical Expert since November 2020.
ZHANG Chunmei is a member of the Communist Party of China. She graduated from the Administrative Management diploma programme at Guangdong Open University in 2015 and enrolled in the 2023 Spring Administrative Management undergraduate programme at Guangdong Open University. She is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and currently serves as Chairperson of Meizhou Wuhua Honggenran Food Technology Co., Ltd., President of Wuhua County Honggenran Breeding Professional Cooperative, and Director of Wuhua County Anliu Town Fuzhen Qiangcun Industrial Co., Ltd. In 2026, she was honoured as a National March 8th Red-Banner Holder.
ZENG Daogun, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC), Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Village Committee of Gaotan Village, Lianluo Town, Yantan District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province. She enrolled in the 2019 Rural Revitalisation and Community Governance Grassroots Cadre Academic Advancement Programme at Zigong Open University. She received the honour of National Outstanding Individual in Poverty Alleviation in 2021 and was named a National March 8th Red-Banner Holder in 2025.
MA Shigong, Salar ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He enrolled in the 2020 Village (Community) Cadre Academic and Quality Advancement Programme, majoring in Rural Administrative Management at Qinghai Open University. He is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and currently serves as Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Village Committee of Suhusa Village, Baizhuang Town, Xunhua County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province.
LI Liancheng, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). From March 2008 to June 2010, he studied Rural Administrative Management at the Rural Revitalisation College, Henan Branch of the Open University of China (OUC), under the Ministry of Education's "One College Student Per Village" programme. He currently serves as Secretary of the Party Branch of Xixinzhuang Village, Puyang County, Henan Province. He has been elected as a deputy to the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th National People's Congress (NPC). His honours include National Outstanding CPC Member, National Model Worker, and National Moral Role Model Nomination Award.
