ZHAO Ping, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China and an outstanding graduate of the Open University of Shaanxi. He is a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress (NPC), senior technician at the Component Factory of Shaanxi Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Hanzhong Municipal Federation of Trade Unions (concurrent). He was appointed as Aviation Industry Distinguished Technical Expert from February 2014 to November 2020; received the title of "National Technical Expert" in 2014; was honoured as "National Model Worker" in 2015; has received the State Council Special Government Allowance since 2017; and has been appointed as Aviation Industry Chief Technical Expert since November 2020.

ZHAO is a technical backbone from the production frontline of Shaanxi Aircraft Industry, as well as an Aviation Industry Chief Technical Expert, National Technical Expert, and National Model Worker—widely recognised as the company's "Gold- Standard Employee." Aircraft components produced under his hands have zero scrap or out-of-tolerance incidents, with a 100% quality product rate. "As a deputy who came from the riveting platform, what I care about most is how industrial workers can resonate with national development," ZHAO said.

At this year's Two Sessions, ZHAO, grounded in the requirements for high-quality aviation development and practical enterprise needs, conducted comprehensive research and visits, extensively soliciting opinions from local governments at all levels on aviation project development, and brought a suggestion on "Building a Product Line System for Large and Medium-Sized Civil Cargo Aircraft."

ZHAO stated that serving as a bridge between aviation professionals and the nation is his mission and responsibility. He will bring the most authentic voices from the frontline to the congress, and convey the nation's entrustment and expectations back to his work. He will remain grounded in his position, strive for excellence, take the lead in promoting the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship, and inspire more frontline workers to root themselves in their posts and work diligently with practical action.
