The OUC’s International Chinese Language Education (undergraduate) major aims to develop and cultivate teachers of Chinese to foreign speakers.
From 2012 to date, the OUC has held 21 sessions of international Chinese teacher training and designed localised and modular courses according to the practical needs of the Chinese teaching process in China and abroad. Teachers from 56 OUC branches (local radio and TV universities) and over 30 Chinese universities have participated in the training sessions.
