On the morning of 17 November 2009, the unveil ceremony and symposium was held to celebrate the establishment of the Chinese Language Center ( http://www.myechinese.org/en/) of the Open University of China (the OUC). The great celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Open University of China (OUC) (formerly the China Central Radio & TV University) was held in the Great Hall of the People on Oct 18th.
