On November 9, 2015, a delegation of 6 people headed by Chairman of Kazakhstan Dungani Association, An Husai, visited Shaanxi Radio and Television University (Shaanxi Business College) to discuss international cooperative exchanges, and delivered a report to the tutors and students. This is a move towards implementing Shaanxi educational digitization and internationalization activities in 2015.

From November 1-5, 2015, at the invitation of Taiwan University of Technology and Taiwan Open University, a delegation headed by President of Fujian RTVU Chen Xingyan paid a visit to Taiwan to negotiate on cooperation issues in educational collaboration with relevant colleges and universities in Taiwan.

On November 1, 2015, the awarding ceremony gala for the Vocal Competition at the Fifth Shaanxi Music Awards was held in Xi'an. Several contestants from Shaanxi Radio and TV University (Shaanxi RTVU) were awarded prizes.

On November 5, 2015, a writing base was officially established at Sichuan Radio and Television University (Sichuan RTVU). Chairman of Sichuan Writing Association and Professor from the School of Literature and Journalism at Sichuan University, Gan Tianquan, presided at the unveiling ceremony for the establishment of the writing base.

Li Wanjun graduated in 2012 with a specialty in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation (Information Technology Direction)from the junior college at Changchun Radio & Television University(Changchun RTVU).

On October 27, 2015, the senior seminar on "R&D of National New Materials and Sustainable Development of the Construction Industry" was opened in Hefei.

From November 2-4, 2015, Zhejiang Radio and Television University (Zhejiang RTVU) launched the 2015 new tutors training programme for all tutors in the provincial RTVU system, with 110 front-line tutors from the province's RTVU system participating.

From November 1st to 6th, 2015, the Open University of China (OUC) held an advanced seminar for its teaching and scientific research staff in Beijing.
