Han Ying is director of the Shanghai Guangyingzhisheng Accessible Film-and-television Culture-development Centre. In March 2014, she began studying English at Shanghai Open University, and graduated in July 2016.
Gu Xiaohua is an associate professor, and deputy director of the Faculty of Humanities of the Open University of China (OUC); a member of the National Vocational-education and Teaching Steering Committee for Human Resources and Social Security; a group leader of the OUC Teaching Research Centre for the Administration major; and a member of the OUC Degree Committee for the Public Administration major. He began teaching at China Central Radio and TV University (CCRTVU) in 2003, and has been mainly responsible for the courses Principles of Politics, Human-resources Management in the Public Sector, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; the construction of learning resources and teaching teams; and teaching management and course construction.

Ms. Cheng Shouyan, a member of the Li ethnic group and of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the School of Government of Sun Yat-Sen University as a Doctor of Philosophy in political science. She has taught at Guizhou Radio and Television University (RTVU) since July 2006, and is now deputy dean of, and a professor in, the Department of Distance Education.
Ms. Xu Xiangdan is dedicated to and passionate about her work, and completes it to the highest standards. She also strives constantly to become a better teacher. In 1999, she became responsible for the construction and teaching of courses such as Corporate Finance, Financial Regulations, Enterprise Financial Behaviour, Investments, Securities Investment Analysis, Personal Banking, and Foundations of Financial Marketing.
As a chief teacher at the headquarters of the Open University of China (OUC), Zhu Xiaoge teaches mathematics in the Primary Education major, and is responsible for math-curriculum construction, teaching, practice, and subject research in the major. She loves her work and has done well in it.
Shen Guochu, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently serving in the second brigade of the Changde Traffic Police Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Hunan Province. He is a graduate of the Changde RTVU Law School, which he entered in 2000.
Jiang Shixue is a member of the Party Committee of Suntiepu Township, and is Party Branch secretary for Jiangwan Village. He was a deputy to the second, third and fourth People’s Congresses of Xinyang City, and in November 2009 was named a "National Outstanding Veteran". In 2016, he was selected as both “the most popular farmer university student” and “an excellent student” by Henan Radio and TV University.
