From May 23 to 25, 2016, the OUC Agriculture & Medicine Teaching Research Central Team Seminar and Conference on the Founding of Central Team was held in Harbin.
OUC’s Information Technology Department (Research and Development Centre for Digital Learning) and the Learning Resources Department (Library) actively explore the application of the cloud classroom model. On May 5, 2016, the OUC used the cloud classroom system to hold the "Open University Lecture" nationwide for the first time, which benefited the branches of the OUC across the nation with its high quality academic resources.

The afternoon of June 3rd 2016 witnessed the plaque awarding ceremony between Ningxia Radio and TV University (Ningxia RTVU) and Ningxia Xinbai Modern Logistics Co. Ltd., establishing an educational base integrating the functions of production, study, and research. Vice president Liu Yaorong, Ding Jinying, responsible personnel from relevant departments, teachers from the logistics management programme from Ningxia RTVU, responsible personnel from associated sectors of the enterprise, and internship students from the 2014 class attended the ceremony.
From May 30 to June 3, 2016, various departments of Haiyan College of Zhejiang Radio and Television University (Zhejiang Haiyan RTVU), including the academic affairs department, visited Shen Dang, Baibu, and other township level tutorial centres, carefully listening to the introduction of this semester's face-to-face instruction and online course tutoring offered by the tutorial centres. Through visits and interviews, the university gained a more in-depth understanding of the teaching work in the tutorial centres, and also had a chance to listen to the views and suggestions on the rural college student training programme from first line teachers.
Upon receiving a notice regarding essay competitions on “My Learning Story” and “My Teaching Story,” I hesitated for a long time. As a former student and current tutor at the Radio and Television University (RTVU), I pondered which topic I should choose: my learning story or my teaching story?
