Introduction to the College

The Open University of China (OUC) is a novel higher education institution under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China (MOE).

The OUC School of Rural Revitalisation (Binzhou) (hereinafter referred to as the School) was established by the Open University of China (OUC) and officially founded on 13 September 2021 in Binzhou City of Shandong Province.

The School of Rehabilitation Assistive Products Training of the Open University of China (OUC) was jointly established by the OUC, the China Association of Assistive Products, and social corporations in November 2020, serving as the first rehabilitation assistive product industry-oriented training school in China.

The OUC Jundun School is an open institution serving the military, aiming to enhance the cultural level and professional attainment of non-commissioned officers, to strengthen the military in the “new era”, and foster virtue through education.

Guided by the general development goals of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (AFROC), and relying on the advantages of the OUC's teaching resources and platform, the OUC’s Huaqiao College plays a leading role among open universities in constructing a lifelong educational system and a learning-oriented society.

Introduction

In order to develop the education opportunities available to people with disability in China, and explore modern open and distance education for the disabled, the School for the Disabled of the China Central Radio and TV University (CCRTVU) was officially founded in December 2002 (the unveiling ceremony was held in February 2004) with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
