From 10th to 11th May 2023, the Law sub-committee of the Third OUC Academic Committee convened its inaugural plenary meeting in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.

To fulfill the key objectives set by the OUC for 2023 and drive the digitalisation of the Law major alongside the high-quality development of education and teaching, the Faculty of Political Science and Law organized a centralized teaching and research event for the Law major in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, from May 10th to 11th May 2023.

From 9-12 May 2023, the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Open University of China (OUC) held a training session on digital competence for its English teachers. One of the key aims of the event is to implement several digital projects, including the “AI-Boosted Teaching Team Construction” pilot sponsored by the Ministry of Education (MOE), the “5G Plus Smart Education”pilot and the project of “Digital Teachers,” jointly sponsored by the MOE and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

To study and implement the guiding principle of the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) 20th National Congress, the Open University of China (OUC) and China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) have introduced the “OUC International Communications Enhancement Programme”.
