
On October 15, a six-person delegation led by Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) and Dr. Richard Ng, Director of the Learning Centre of the Open University Malaysia (OUM) visited Beijing Open University (BOU).
