On the afternoon of August 29, 2013, the OUC Learning Outcomes Accreditation Centre (Xi’an Centre) was unveiled at Xi’an RTVU, making it one of the first pilot group of the OUC Learning Outcomes Accreditation Centre. Li Linshu, vice president of the OUC, and Yang Xinzhou, secretary of Xi’an RTVU Party committee unveiled the centre. 
On September 2, 2013, Latina Lab, Oslo University College’s digital teaching development research lab joined the Support Alliance for the OUC Project Research Center. Education bears dreams and helps breed hope. Recently the Yuhuan Institute of Zhejiang Radio & TV University (RTVU) visited Ruijin City, Jiangxi Province to promote and raise funds for the donation of what they’re calling “love” computers. The activity involves 38 computers and 38 sets of computer desks and related equipment scheduled to be donated to the Baikeng Supor Hope Primary School in the Rentian Town of Ruijin City, and an entire “love” computer lab.
