WANG Qide, hailed from Nanjiang, Sichuan Province. A member of the Communist Party of China, he has served as a deputy to the 12th, 13th and 14th National People’s Congress (NPC).

WANG Yucheng, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was admitted to the Law programme at Anji College, Zhejiang Open University in 2008.
DONG Caiyun, Bao'an ethnicity, is a deputy to both the 13th and 14th National People's Congress (NPC). Currently, she serves as Deputy Director of the Teacher Training Centre in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, as well as Vice President of Linxia Open University. In 2019, she was awarded the title of "National Role Model Teacher" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Education. In 2022, she was honoured as a "2021 National March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter".
