Profile

He is a member of the Communist Party of China, and currently a professor, PhD tutor, and post-doctoral co-supervisor in the School of Business at Renmin University of China. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research, and his research directions are accounting and auditing and accounting and finance. He is also a member of the Financial Management Committee of the Accounting Society of China (ASC), an executive director of the China Audit Society, and vice chair of the Accounting Education Branch of the China Audit Society.

It won a National Teaching Achievement Award, and was named a "Twelfth Five-Year" general higher-education undergraduate national-planning textbook, and MOE recommended textbook, and an “excellent” Ministry of Education general higher-education textbook.

In recent years, he has been active in the construction of online courses, and has rich experience in online education. He has undertaken course construction as both host and main participant.

Master of Economics, professor in the School of Statistics at Renmin University of China, PhD tutor, member of the academy of the National Bureau of Statistics, executive director of the Statistics Education Society of China, member of the Science and Technology Committee of the China National Institute of Standardisation, consultant to the Development and Reform Advisory Committee of the National Tourism Administration, member of the expert panel of the State Council Committee to Promote Market Fairness, consultant to the State Council Three Gorges Resettlement Project Committee, and member of the expert panel of the State Council Economic Census Committee. His research direction is applied statistics, covering fields such as survey design and statistical analysis. He has published many papers in magazines such as Management World and Statistical Research, and numerous textbooks, including Introduction to Statistics, Sampling Theory and Applications, and Multivariate Statistical Analysis. He has completed dozens of projects, including major social-sciences projects, and is editor-in-chief of the OUC Statistics course and compiler of the textbook Principles of Statistics.

Professor in the Department of Finance of the Business School at Beijing Technology and Business University; PhD Tutor; Doctor of Management

 

His research fields include group governance and financial management, management accounting and control, and others. He obtained bachelor and master’s degrees in Accounting from the Beijing Business School and a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance. He is currently director of the Chinese Accounting Association, deputy director of the Management Accounting Professional Committee, an executive director of the Cost Research Society of China (CRS), and an off-campus doctoral tutor for the International Business School at the University of International Business and Economics. His published monographs (translations) include Theory of Corporate Finance (2015), Theory of Ownership Structure (2001), Corporate Budget-management Research (2007), Enterprise Finance (2011), and Strategic Cost Management (2003). He has published 50 academic papers in Economic Research Journal, Management World, Accounting Research, China Accounting Review, and other journals, covering theory of corporate governance and financial stratification, budget-management models, corporate financial theory, and other academic fields. In addition, he is an external director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), and independent director of a number of listed companies.

Since 2005, he has served as chief editor and lecturer for the OUC Financial Management and Financial Management of Groups courses. He has compiled the textbooks Financial Management (second and third editions) (Central Radio & TV University Press, 2006 & 2016) and Financial Management of Groups (Central Radio & TV University Press, 2010).

His monographs include Marketing Strategies, Marketing Theory and Practice, Strategic Management of Companies, Marketing Management, and others, on top of compilations that include Advertising Theory and Practice, Marketing Fundamentals, and Attention Marketing. He has published more than 60 academic papers, and in recent years has undertaken research into over 10 enterprises. Since 2010, he has served as editor-in-chief and lecturer for the OUC Marketing Management course.

Dean, professor, PhD tutor in the Logistics Management department of the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University, a distinguished visiting professor at the Open University of China (OUC), and an executive director of the China Society of Logistics.

Dean, professor, PhD tutor with the China Academy of Social Evaluation, expert with special allowances from the State Council, national candidate for the 21st Century "Hundreds and Thousands of Talents Project", member of the Economic and Trade Policy Advisory Committee, member of the National Standards Committee, consultant to multiple ministries, and vice chair of the China Society of Logistics.

Li Baixing, associate professor and doctor of accountancy, is vice president of the CUEB (Capital University of Economics and Business) School of Accounting.

Wang Zhongbing, doctor of management and post-doctor of applied economics, is a professor at BTBU (since 2007) and member of the Academic Board of the CCAI. He won the title of “Beijing Young and Middle-aged Backbone College and University Teacher” in 2005, and the first period of “National Reserve Talent of Academic Leaders in Accounting” in 2005.
