I. Training objectives
This major aims to train students in specialised skills with well developed moral, intellectual and physical traits, who love the socialist motherland, and can adapt to the needs of the development of a socialist market economy. They are expected to have good political awareness, a noble character, cultural literacy, and professional ethics, with a good foundation in art theory, basic painting skills, animation software, and basic animation-production. They should be able to help produce animations for film and television productions, games, digital media, and advertising. The major also aims to enhance the specialised practical skills and cultural literacy of students, as well as their capacity for innovation, while teaching correct values, big-picture thinking, and a sense of social responsibility. Finally, it aims to enable them to adapt to the new requirements of the era, and contribute to the construction of a modern socialist country.

Overall quality: This major aims to cultivate students who believe in and support the Party's leadership, love the country, seek to serve the people wholeheartedly, abide by the law, and be personally and professionally moral.
Professional and skills development:
It aims to teach the basics of ideology, culture and political science, including the principles of Marxism and Xi Jinping “Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”, along with art theory and basic painting, common animation software and design, basic animation-production skills, independent entrepreneurship, adaptability, and the animation industry as a whole.

Specialised basic courses
The lowest number of credits covered in the examinations of the OUC headquarters for this module is 19 units, and the lowest number set for the module is 40 units.
1) Unified compulsory courses: Introduction to Animation, Animation-oriented Film Language, Computer-image Processing, Colors, and Sketching.
2) Elective courses: Fundamentals of Multimedia-application Technology, Composition, Foundations of Visual Design, Digital Colors, Sketching, Fundamentals of Patterns, and Thematic-illustration Design.
2. Professional core courses
The lowest number of credits covered in the examinations of the OUC headquarters for this module is 19 units, and the lowest number set for the module is 40 units.
Unified compulsory courses: Flash-animation Production, Animated-scene Drawing, Animation Post Production and Synthesis, Principles of Animated Movement, and Foundations of Animation Modeling.
Elective courses: Computer Graphic Design (1 & 2), Animated-scene Drawing (1 & 2), Animation Post Production and Synthesis, Animation Technique (1 & 2), Animation Dubbing and Sound Effects, Animation-work Analysis, Applications of 2D Animation Software, Fundamentals of Computer-based 3D Modeling, Fundamentals of Computer-based 3D Modeling (1 & 2), Comics-drawing Techniques, and Fundamentals of Movie and TV Animated-short-film Production.
I.Training objectives
The major aims to train students capable of participating morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and through their labour in the construction of a socialist country; to give them varied and practical management skills which they wield with integrity, allow them to meet modern requirements, teach them the basic theories and methods of administration and general management, and give them skills relevant to organisation, planning, coordination, communication, and execution.

Educational: This major requires students to master the basics of history, culture and administration (including theory), and to become familiar with real-world modern-day administration.
Skills development: The major requires students to gain investigation, expression, communication, coordination, self-management, self-discipline and auxiliary-management skills; to learn to process information, solve problems, engage in self-directed study, seek self-improvement, adapt to career changes, as well as to skillfully operate computers and other modern office equipment, and become competent in general administrative work.
Overall quality: Students will be taught to love the country, believe in and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, master the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, establish a correct outlook on living and values, and be patriotic, honest, friendly and law-abiding. They must strongly support the rule of law, be public-spirited, feel social responsibility, and have a positive attitude toward life, while also gaining strong professional skills and mastering the thinking and research methods of the major. Finally, they should possess good cultural and scientific literacy and be healthy in body and mind.

I.Training objectives
This major trains students committed morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and in terms of labour to the construction of a socialist country, and gives them strong and practical technical skills to meet the requirements of social development, along with a high degree of ideological, political, moral and cultural awareness, and a good understanding of the law, including theory and the ability to analyse and solve common problems, while able to provide grassroots legal services and legal-affairs management.

(3) Be able to write and speak fluent Putonghua, deal with and coordinate public relations, and understand appropriate etiquette
(4) Be able to use information technology to research laws and regulations, retrieve literature and other information, and analyse, summarise and conduct discussions related to the information
(5) Be able to protect workers and social security, settle labour disputes, and ensure democratic worker-management
(6) Be able to forestall legal risks to enterprises and institutions

This major is dedicated to training students dedicated to building socialism, and well-developed in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic terms, as well as their capacity for labour. They should be ideologically and politically sound, ethical, humane and technically skilled, as well as adaptable to the needs of administrative management and instruction in rural areas and in agriculture.

Duration of studies: This major requires 2 years, with 8 of part-time studies permitted, and at least 2.5 years.

Other requirements
Educational: The major teaches the basic theories and methods of Administrative Management and related disciplines; it covers rural society and its development, emerging issues related to agriculture and rural areas, such as land management, and the current situation and trends of rural development in China.
Skills development: It helps students apply their learning, analyse and solve practical problems, such as ones relating to rural development and regional administrative management, deal with agricultural and related affairs, become skilled in computer-use and writing, and able to undertake lifelong learning and entrepreneurship.
Overall quality: Students are expected to love the country, believe in and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and promote socialist core values, establishing a correct outlook on living and values, and being interested in, understanding of, and committed to agriculture and rural areas. They should be physically and mentally healthy, ethical and positive, and highly professional and practical in their approaches.

I.Training objectives
This major mainly trains students in the political integrity and overall competence required to help build “Chinese socialism for the new era”. Its graduates should also be practice-oriented and committed to the ethics and service of their profession, and have a solid grasp of the requirements for assessing the needs of older adults, psychological counseling, rehabilitation and nursing, organisation and planning of activities, project operations and evaluation, and the operations and management of elder-care institutions. Graduates will be able to work in private and government-run elder-care and service institutions, the system of the China National Committee on Aging, geriatric hospitals and foundations, and related organisations, or work in the design and marketing of products for older adults.

Overall quality
The major aims to train students who firmly believe in and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and China's socialist system, practice socialist core values under the guidance of Xi Jinping “Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”, and are deeply patriotic. They must be law-abiding, honest, trustworthy, respectful, responsible and socially aware, as well as optimistic, practice-oriented, and able to manage themselves and their careers while also having a strong team spirit. Students should be sound in mind, body and personality, and competent in one or two sports and one or two artistic skills or hobbies.
Educational
Graduates of the major are expected to have mastered relevant ideological and political theory, as well as the basics of science and culture, including traditional Chinese culture. They should be familiar with the values of the profession and the policies and regulations related to it, understand the physiological, psychological and social characteristics of older adults, be able to survey and evaluate them, have skills related to individual, group and community cases, and be able to plan and manage service projects.
Skills development
The major aims to enable students to engage in lifelong learning, analyse problems, and find solutions; learn to communicate and cooperate; become self-aware and manage their emotions; gain basic writing and computer skills, as well as professional skills such as case work and administration; conduct investigations and evaluations relevant to their service; and plan, implement and evaluate specialised service projects and activities.
