On Dec. 22, 2015, the National Railway Public Security Bureau carried out commendation activities for railway security work in 2015, and Li Li, of Qinghai RTVU, was awarded the honor of “Policeman’s Good Wife”by the National Railway Public Security System. Mrs. Li was invited to attend the commendation ceremony in Shandong.

On December 31, 2015, the Open University of China (OUC) held a seminar on non-degree education at industry and corporate colleges. At the seminar, they held discussions on non-degree education work for industry schools and further clarified development ideas to explore a new model of cooperation and development. 

Zhejiang Radio and Television University (Zhejiang RTVU) recently held a briefing on the progress of the construction of the credit bank for lifelong education in Zhejiang Province.

"Web-based exam" refers to tests carried out through the use of computers and networks, in which the exam questions are transmitted over the network and the examinees answer them on a computer. The computers automatically review the objective questions, while the subjective questions are reviewed by tutors on another computer. Compared to traditional exams administered via pen and paper,  web-based exams are more flexible as to time and more efficiently organized.

December 10, 2015.Beijing. Today, Coursera published its first survey on the learning outcomes of online course learners, based on responses from Chinese learners who have completed the online open classes. Coursera is the world's largest open online education platform, with 17 million registered learners all over the world and more than 1 million users in China. The survey aimed to understand the motivation and achievements of learners who have completed large scale MOOCs.
