On November 19, 2015, the “OUC Chengdu Practical Teaching Base” was inaugurated at Chengdu Sijiqing Modern Agriculture and Technology Development Co., Ltd.

The 2015 Quality Courses Selection at the Open University of China(OUC) recently ended, with a total of 29 courses from 12 Branches and five Schools at the Headquarters selected as quality courses.

On November 16, 2015, the Open University of China (OUC) issued notice (No. 43, 2015, OUC Administrative Office), announcing the printing and distribution of the OUC’s Guidelines on Vigorous Development of Non-Degree Education ( hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines).

According to the spirit of the document “Notice on Carrying Out Teaching Inspection for Open Education in 2015” (OUC Evaluation, No. 4 ,2015) and based on the comprehensive self-examination recently organized by the OUC’s Experimental School in its affiliated units, from November 6th to 18th, 2015, Vice Presidents of the OUC Li Ling and Yan Bing led a team to conduct field teaching examination and research for Nanhai Experimental School, Taiyuan Experimental School, and Wantong Auto Learning Centre.

According to the latest 2015 data supplied by Tsinghua University’s China Social Science Literature Evaluation and Research Centre (National Knowledge Infrastructure), the compound impact factor of Zhejiang RTVU’s Journal of Distance Education has reached as high as 5.740, and its general impact factor 4.282, rising to the first place among educational journals, and realizing an historical achievement. 

Since October 2015, an art activity has swept all over the students in Anhui provincial Radio and TV University (RTVU) system -- Anhui RTVU’s First Campus Online Singer Competition is being carried out enthusiastically with a theme of“Sing at the Rhythm of Youth and Sing out the RTVU’s Dream”. As of now, the hits on the activity website have surpassed 500,000.
