On May 10, 2013, the Open University of China (OUC) and Tianjin Radio and TV University (Tianjin RTVU) co-hosted a forum and signing ceremony for comprehensive strategic cooperation. The winners of the 16th National Multimedia Educational Software Competition were announced recently. A total of 18 entries from the OUC (CCRTVU) were awarded prizes, including the Flower and Bird Painting Course by Tang Yingshan, which was awarded a special prize.
From 14-15 March, 2013, the OUC organized a digital library application training course at Hebei RTVU, marking the beginning of the “Year of the Digital Library”. Over 100 attendees participated in the training, including teachers from Hebei RTVU, research directors and library technicians from prefecture- and city-level RTVUs.
