The winners of the 16th National Multimedia Educational Software Competition were announced recently. A total of 18 entries from the OUC (CCRTVU) were awarded prizes, including the Flower and Bird Painting Course by Tang Yingshan, which was awarded a special prize.
The Competition is directed by the Ministry of Education and hosted by the National Center for Educational Technology. Entries in the Higher Education Group are categorized into Courseware, Outstanding Open Courses, and Education Tools and Software Systems. Four schools and one teaching management department from the OUC submitted 36 entries, including 23 entries for Courseware, 12 entries for Outstanding Open Courses, and one entry for Education Tools and Software Systems.
Following several rounds of evaluation, the OUC’s entries achieved very satisfying results. The OUC accumulated a total of 18 winning entries, including one special prize, six first prizes, seven second prizes and four third prizes. The OUC was also awarded the “Best Organization” prize.
