Xia Chunyu, vice president of Dongbei University of Finance, and a professor and doctoral supervisor, receives a special government allowance from the State Council. He was a member of the Northeast Asian City Cooperation Organization Advisory Committees (Japan) and a visiting professor at The University of Kitakyushu. He is deputy chairman of the China Institute of Higher Education on Business; executive director of the China Society of Logistics; executive director and a member of the academic board of the China Marketing Association; member of the academic board of the Tsinghua University Chinese Retail Research Centre; and member of the editorial board of a number of magazines, including Economics of Finance and Trade, Journal of Marketing Science, Business Economics and Administration, Chinese Retail Research, Research on Financial and Economic Issues, and Industrial Organization Review.
He is devoted to teaching and research on circulation theory, and logistics and marketing management. He has hosted more than 10 national- and provincial-level projects and published more than 100 academic papers and 15 monographs and textbooks, including Modern Commodity Circulation Theory and Policy (1998), Chinese Circulation Economy (in Japanese and Korean, 2000), Circulation Structure, Competition and Behavior (in Japanese, 2002), The Principles of Distribution (2002, 2006), Basic Logistics Management (2004, 2007), Logistics and Supply Chain Management (2004, 2007), and Contemporary Circulation Theory: Based on the Study of Japanese Circulation Issues (2005). He has been selected as a “Trans-century Academic Leader” by the Ministry of Finance, listed in the Liaoning Province “Hundred Talents Project”, and named a Liaoning Province young social science talent.
Lin Zeyan, researcher and doctoral supervisor, is deputy director of the Development Research Centre of the State Council Human Resources Research and Training Centre. He is also deputy secretary general of the CHRDA (China Human Resources Development Association); deputy secretary general of China Talent Research; a committee member of the All-China Youth Federation; committee member of the senior title judgment committee of experts of the State Personnel Board; member of the national talent scientific achievement awards committee; and assessment expert for the National Business Administration Modern Innovation Achievement Award.
He mainly engages in economic and social development, talent development, and policy research and consulting. He was appointed leader of the strategy project “Research on Talent Motivation and its Safeguarding Mechanism” by the Central Talent Coordination Group. He has received more than 20 awards, and published hundreds of academic papers and research reports both at home and abroad, as well as dozens of books. In 2005 and 2006, he won the “Annual Outstanding Contribution Award” given by APHRRA (Asia-Pacific Human Resource Research Association) and IHRMA (International Human Resource Management Association). In 2006 and 2008, he won the gold award for achievements in research given by the CEHRA committee. Furthermore, he also won the “China Development Research Award” given by the Development Research Centre of the State Council.

He mainly undertakes research in capital-market audits, internal controls, and accounting issues. He is co-editor of CJAS, the journal of the Chinese Accounting Association, and was named to the "Famous Accountant Training Project" of the Ministry of Finance. He has studied at Oxford University in the UK and Harvard University in the US, and was secretary-general of the Academic Committee, deputy dean of the graduate school, vice dean of the School of Management, and dean of the Accounting department at Xiamen University. He has presided over key projects of the National Natural Sciences Foundation of China, among other research projects, and has published papers in international accounting journals such as JAR and CAR, and domestic journals like Economic Research and Management World. He has also compiled a series of auditing textbooks for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
He is editor-in-chief of the OUC Management Accounting course, and compiled the textbook Management Accounting.
She compiled the "Twelfth Five-Year" National Planning Textbook for Network Information Editing in Vocational Education, the "Eleventh Five-Year" National Planning Textbook for Web Design and Production in General Higher Education, and the Beijing Network Information Editing Quality-construction Textbook. She won a Special Award for National E-Commerce Vocational Teaching and 3 Beijing Union University Teaching awards, and has also been named Outstanding Teacher and Excellent Communist Party Member at Beijing Union University. She has led students to 8 national and municipal awards in competitions in a variety of disciplines, and since 2020 has served as editor-in-chief of textbooks for Internet Content Operations and Management, a compulsory course for OUC E-Commerce undergraduates.
