Li Song holds a doctorate in education and is a researcher at Beijing Normal University. Currently serving as the vice president of the OUC, his primary research interests encompass distance education, online course development, and instructional design. He has led significant projects, including the national "13th Five-Year Plan" education planning project titled "Research on Adult Online Education Course Design and Application from the Perspective of Deep Learning". Additionally, he spearheaded the Beijing "13th Five-Year Plan" education project "Research and Practice on the Development of Online Open Courses for Early Childhood Teachers' Continuing Education in Beijing". Li Song has contributed to over ten national and provincial projects, such as the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" key project "Research on the Development Strategy of Quality Teaching Resources for Higher Education in China" and "Research on the Standard of Educational Technology Competence for Primary and Secondary School Teachers". He is a prolific writer, having published more than 20 papers in CSSCI journals and other national core journals, with notable works including "Research on Online Learning Activity Design" and "Multimedia Technology".
Xue Xiaoyan graduated from Capital Normal University with a master’s degree in law. Currently serving as the director of the general administration office of the Faculty of Education.
Li Zheng holds a master’s degree in law,currently serving as the teaching secretary of the general administration office of the Faculty of Education.
Chang Huimin is a lecturer of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Education, OUC
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Hebei Normal University in 2011, obtained her Master of Science degree from Beijing Normal University in 2014, and earned her Doctorate of Science from Tsinghua University in 2017. Her primary research interests lie in Basic Mathematics and Algebraic Representation Theory. She has led courses in Engineering Mathematics, Fundamentals of Software Mathematics, and Ordinary Differential Equations.
Doctor Jia is an associate professor of the Faculty of Education at the OUC. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of philosophy of education and moral philosophy.
Li Dan is a lecturer in the School of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Education at the OUC. She graduated from the Institute for Advanced Study, Tsinghua University with a doctorate in science in 2019.
Ma Tengfei is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the OUC. She earned her doctorate in education from the School of Psychology at Beijing Normal University in 2015 and joined the OUC that same year. Her primary research interests lie in the fields of education and psychology, with a specialization in experimental design and statistical analysis.

Wang Haiping is a faculty member at the OUC's Faculty of Education. He earned his doctorate in education from Capital Normal University. He has published nearly 20 academic papers in prestigious journals, including the Journal of The Chinese Society of Education and the Journal of Educational Studies. Many of his papers have been reprinted in authoritative publications like the Photocopies of Newspaper Materials of Renmin University and the Chinese Social Science Digest. He has contributed to the creation of series and teaching materials, including the "Guidebook on Home-School Co-education" and "Training Materials for Family Education Instructors."
He has led significant projects, including the Youth Special Project of the Beijing Municipal 13th Five-Year Plan of Educational Science, the 2020 Youth Special Project of Beijing Municipal Education Science "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", and the 2017 Key Project of the China Adult Education Association "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan". In addition, he has been involved in over ten national and provincial projects, including the state major projects in social science, projects sponsored by the MOE and Beijing Women’s Federation. His main research areas are family education, out-of-school education, and lifelong education.
