3.3 The interaction of resources and situation by using a variety of sensors in pad.

Pad has gravity, acceleration, GPS positioning, brightness, sound and other sensors. Therefore, digital textbooks of the operating system apply to the gravity-sensing technology of the pad. When the pad is rotated 90 degrees, the page will also rotate. The pad provides a rich user experience and delivers learning content based on context. For example, we can understand accurately and analyze situations of learners depending on the location, two-dimensional code, image recognition and other information. This creates more intelligent, personalized content and a better learning environment for students. In addition, these sensors can also be used as an input device to reduce the burden on users’ input and provide a richer experience. For example, switching the contents to an image by shaking the device can provide meaningful interaction and provide an experience that traditional paper textbooks cannot replicate.

VI. Conclusion

Desmond Keegan, an international distance education expert, presented an academic report entitled "Distance Learning • Digital Learning • Mobile Learning" to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of Shanghai TV University in 2000. He introduced the concept of mobile learning to China for the first time, saying that mobile learning "represents the future of learning"[.15] A decade later, the popularity of mobile devices has given great momentum to mobile learning. Many educational institutions carry out teaching and research based on mobile learning. In China, pad devices are mostly used in classrooms of primary and secondary schools. But mobile learning resources development research based on pad lags far behind the practice. Differences of behavior and experience among various types of devices have influenced the development environment and made a significant impact on instructional design. Additionally, experience and achievements of online learning resources development need to be applied and modified later on pad devices in order to achieve desired outcomes.
