On 20 March 2025, a delegation led by XUE Wanli, Deputy Director of Personnel Service Centre for Public Institutions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), visited the Open University of China (OUC). Ms. LIU Xuanxuan, Vice President of OUC, met with the delegation.

The meeting started with the review on previous cooperation between MOHRSS and OUC in talent cultivation. The two sides introduced their current and best practice and made further discussion on future cooperation including degree and non-degree education, training for digital professionals, development of professional courses and digital learning resources.
