On 14 November 2024, Fan Xianrui, a member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Open University of China (OUC), led a delegation to conduct research at China International Intellectech Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CIIC”). Representatives from the OUC’s College of International Education, Experimental College, and Department of Digitalisation participated in the discussions.

The delegation led by Fan Xianrui visited the service hall of CIIC to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's business model and its unique service innovation products. During the meeting, Fan Xianrui introduced the basic situation of the OUC and its achievements over the past 45 years, with a focus on the development status and future plans of the OUC Open Learning Centres. Both parties engaged in detailed discussions on the joint establishment and development of the Open Learning Centre and reached preliminary agreements on collaborating on various educational projects both domestically and internationally.

Wang Xiaomei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of CIIC, warmly welcomed Fan Xianrui and her delegation. She highlighted the company's achievements and experiences in supporting state-owned enterprises' international ventures and facilitating the replacement of the employees dispatched from China with local employees in the overseas subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises.

Founded in 1987, CIIC is a first-level central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, with a core focus on human resources services. It ranked 170th in the 2023 China Top 500 Enterprises and 59th in the 2023 China Top 500 Service Enterprises.
