On 7 Nov., 2018, as a joint effort of the Suichang County Party Committee Organisation Department, Suichang Radio & TV University (Suichang RTVU) and the Suichang County Women's Federation, the 2018 Suichang training class for female cadres was held at Suichang RTVU. Over 50 female chief officers from county townships, and the directors of the women's commissions of each department, took part in the class.

The training lasted for four days, and covered implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, rural revitalisation, new media, psychological adjustment, rights protection, and other areas. The students also visited Deqing and Anji to study beautification efforts there.


In recent years, the female cadres of Suichang County have promoted female entrepreneurship and innovation, rural revitalisation, and women’s rights, making positive contributions to county development.


“This training is well-designed and carefully targeted, covering both theory and practice. I will use what I have learned here in my work, studies and life, fulfilling my responsibilities, and contributing to the economic and social development of Suichang,” said Wu Jiecheng, a trainee, and leader of the Hushan Village Women’s Federation.
