The Open University of China (OUC) has recently established the "Open Learning Centre, São Paulo, Brazil", according to information from OUC.

Jointly established by OUC, China Agricultural University (CAU), and University of São Paulo (USP), the "Open Learning Centre, São Paulo, Brazil" will focus on building a Chinese-Portuguese bilingual educational resource platform, expanding international cooperation networks and facilitating academic exchanges and knowledge sharing. This initiative will inject fresh momentum into China-Brazil university collaboration and contribute to educational cooperation among BRICS nations.

The OUC delegation recently visited USP. During the visit, in-depth discussions regarding the implementation plan for the Learning Centre were held with representatives from CAU and UPS. Preliminary consensus was reached on establishing a regular communication mechanism, joint curriculum development, and skills training for rural talents.
