These women have dedicated themselves to their work with unwavering commitment, shouldering responsibilities with quiet strength and reflecting their original aspirations through their prime years. They are trailblazers in their respective fields, and boundary-breakers in life. SHU Jun, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She graduated from the 2005 Autumn Chinese Language and Literature programme at Anhui Branch of the Open University of China. She currently serves as Deputy Director of the News Interview Department at Huangshan Daily. In 2026, she was honoured as a "2025 National March 8th Red-Banner Holder." Her awards include "Anhui Provincial March 8th Red-Banner Holder" and "Huangshan Municipal March 8th Red-Banner Holder."

Though not formally trained in journalism, SHU entered the news industry driven by her love for writing and commitment to responsibility. Over 20 years on the frontline of journalism, she has grown from a young novice reporter into a versatile journalist skilled in interviewing, writing, and coordination. Throughout her career, SHU has always remembered her mission as a journalist, overcoming numerous difficulties to cover every corner of Huangshan. Deeply rooted in grassroots communities, she captures the changing times through her lens and gives voice to the people through her pen, embodying the responsibility and perseverance of a journalist from her ordinary post.

On the frontline of journalistic duty and public welfare advocacy, SHU practices her mission with original aspiration and demonstrates responsibility through practical action. She regularly covers the central work of the government, leading and participating in interview coverage of the Huangshan Municipal Two Sessions and various major events, precisely interpreting the spirit of the congresses and showcasing the dedication of deputies and members in performing their duties. She actively participates in the Women's Federation's "Women Making New Contributions" series of activities, interviewing and writing about female entrepreneurs, "Huizhou Girls," and other advanced women role models, fully committing to publicity work related to women and children, and using her pen to spread positive energy among women.

SHU consistently upholds journalistic professional ethics and consciously assumes social responsibility. Whether covering livelihood stories from the fields, marks of urban development, the latest political news, or socially heated reports, she insists on truth and objectivity, strives for excellence in every piece she writes.
