Duan Bihua has led and participated in a number of scientific and technological projects from the State Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Educational Committee, the Beijing Municipal Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Personnel, and the Beijing Municipal Organization Department.
She won third place in the Beijing Scientific Technology Advance Award. Furthermore, she was elected into the Beijing New Star Plan of Science and Technology, and named one of Beijing’s outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers.
