The School of Modern Property Services and Real-Estate Management of the Open University of China (OUC) was inaugurated on 15 October, 2018, at the Second International Property Management Industry Expo. Lin Yu, OUC vice president, and Shen Jianzhong, chairman of the China Property Management Institute, were among those attending.

The OUC School of Modern Property Services and Real-Estate Management is a cooperative venture of the OUC and the China Property Management Institute, as well as Qianhai Qinbo Education and Technology (Shenzhen). It aims to give technology-based professional training that meets the requirements of enterprises, and to promote the reform of vocational education at the OUC.

On the morning of 16 October, 2018, in the Shenzhen headquarters of Qianhai Qinbo Education Technology, Lin Yu and his party listened to a report on the three-year preparatory work for the School of Modern Property Services and Real Estate Management, and received a positive impression of its potential to provide industry support.

After the report, a ceremony was held for the inauguration of the school.
