Zhang Hongwei has lectured on graduate and postgraduate subjects, including an overview of animal husbandry, animal reproduction, poultry science, special poultry science, medicinal animals, the technology of breeding sables, reproductive endocrinology, reproductive physiology, and the detection of reproductive hormones. His scientific research project “The effect of the soft βradioactive element on raising chickens” was awarded third prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award by Heilongjiang Provincial Education Commission.
