Professor Mu Zhichun is a doctoral advisor. He graduated with a master’s degree in computer science and technology from the Department of Automation at the Beijing University of Iron and Steel Technology. He is now dean of the Department of Automation at the University of Science and Technology Beijing’s Information Engineering School. Thanks to the time he spent in the UK, he has been teaching undergraduates and postgraduates computer science in English for many years.

Teaching Experience:

Since 1993, he has successively taught undergraduate courses such as English for Computer Science, Artificial Neural Networks and Their Application, Nonlinear Systems, and Computer Control Technology, and postgraduate courses such as System Simulation, Fuzzy Control Technology, Artificial Neural Networks and Their Application, and Specialized English for Doctoral Candidates. He has also supervised many postgraduates, more than ten of whom have graduated.

 

Main Works and Research Achievements:

He participated in compiling the book Control System Digital Imitation, and has published over 30 papers, many of which have been researched by SCI and EI. He won second prize in the provincial and department-level award for scientific and technological advancement on one occasion, and third prize on a further two occasions.
