Ma Ming is an associate professor whose primary research focus is on the basic theories of education. He has led courses such as Principles of Modern Education, Principles of Preschool Education, Kindergarten Curriculum and Activity Design, and Comparative Elementary Education. Additionally, his online courses in Principles of Preschool Education, Kindergarten Curriculum and Activity Design, and Comparative Elementary Education have been recognized as national high-quality courses within the OUC system. His scholarly work has been featured in respected journals like the Journal of Educational Studies, Adult Education, and the Education Teaching Forum. Ma Ming has also spearheaded the project "Analysis of Public Good in China's Basic Education Investment System," under the "Research Paper Prize Scheme of the United Schools Education and Social Welfare Association." Further contributing to his field, he played a pivotal role in the key project of the 12th Five-Year Plan of the China Adult Education Association (CAEA) in 2015, focusing on the Construction and Development of Education Consulting Service Systems in Open Education. In 2017, he earned the title of "Academic Rising Star" among young and middle-aged scholars in the China Adult Education Society. His notable works include "Boundary of National Educational Power: Interpretation under Spencer's Equivalent Freedom Perspective" and "Public Good of Education in Multiple Perspectives," among others.
