Li Xiaolin, born in 1954, is an associate professor. He has been awarded a master's degree in education from Beijing Normal University. At present, he works as a tutor in the School of Education of the CCRTVU (aka OUC), and he has been a course leader in teaching Information Technology and Education Technology, Modern Education Technology, Teaching Design, and Educational Research Methods for over 20 years. The textbooks and works he wrote independently or in cooperation with others and published include Theory and practice on Class Teaching Design of Physics in Middle Schools, Theory and Method of Teaching Design, Introduction to Distance Education, Information Technology and Education Technology, Research Methods in Education, Teaching Design, Computer Application Basis, Learning Guidance on Modern Education Technology, adding up to about 10 works; he has published several papers, including On the Scientific Issue of Teaching Materials for Distance Education, On Information Technology and Curriculum Integration, and Interactive Activities and Computer Teaching.
