Ma Ming graduated from the College of Education, Capital Normal University, with a master’s degree. With a background in education principles, he focuses his research on education policy analysis. He entered CCRTVU in 2006 and has been teaching in the university ever since.

December 2013, he participated in the research of Education to People’s Satisfaction, a project of the College of Education, Capital Normal University.
July 2005, he participated in the research of Analysis on the Educational Public Welfare from the Perspective of Knowledge, a project of the Capital Normal University.
September 2005, he participated in Analysis on the Public Benefit of Rural Elementary Education Funding System, a project of the Capital Normal University. January 2006, his paper Educational Public Welfare from Multiple Perspectives was published in the Journal of National Academy of Education Administration. September 2009, he led the joint project of the national universities Analysis on the Public Benefit of Rural Elementary Education Funding System.
