This programme aims to train multitalented students who have both practical ability and a spirit of innovation. They should have undergone comprehensive education in morals, intelligence, sports, aesthetics and labour education so that they can meet the needs of a developing society. They should have extensive knowledge of the market economy and be familiar with accounting, and national fiscal policy and regulations.

Furthermore, they should have a global perspective on capital markets and a good grasp of financial theory and practice. After graduation they should be able to work in financial management.

The length of study for the financial management undergraduate degree (starting from junior college) is two years, plus three years of part-time learning. The shortest period of study is two and a half years.
