Ding Junjie is the chief editor and lecturer on the course Introduction to Advertising in advertising in the OUC (CCRTVU) junior college programme. He is now president and a professor of the School of Journalism and Communication, Beijing Broadcasting Institute (the present Communication University of China), and director of the Journalism Institute. He works part time as vice president of the China External Economic & Commercial Advertising Association (the present China Advertising Association of Commerce), deputy director of the editorial board of International Advertising, and deputy director of the China Advertising Works Yearbook.
