Xu Mingming has been teaching for nearly 20 years and has been a class supervisor in open education for eight, leading a total of 31 classes and 935 students.

Being a class supervisor is hard and repetitive, but fills her with happiness.

Yao Wei, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with a master's degree, and 32 years of teaching experience, teaches ideology and politics at Mianyang Radio and Television University (RTVU). She has been named an “Excellent Teacher” of Sichuan Province, and was elected a delegate to the sixth Mianyang City Congress of the CPC.

Deng Xianming, a bachelor-degree holder, is Party secretary and principal of Sichuan RTVU (Fushun Branch), the Fushun Teacher-training School, and Fushun Community College.

I.Giving Priority to Ethical Conduct for Herself and her Students

In her 19 years of teaching, Yang Cailin has always insisted on the importance of political theory and literacy, while doing her best to teach, serve, and undertake research on behalf of the cause of lifelong education.

II.  Focusing on Students and Giving Them Patient Guidance

"Winning minds with the mind is the highest accomplishment of education." This is the motto of Chen Ping, director of the Rural College-student Training Office at Yiyang Radio and TV University (RTVU) in Hunan Province.

Sun Zhiguo, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), has master’s degrees from both the College of Foreign Languages, Ocean University of China, and the English Department of the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Chen Yawei is a full-time teacher in the Faculty of Economics and Management of Jiangxi Open University (Jiangxi OU).

A head teacher, while connecting a school with its students, is also an educator, manager, service provider, and teacher of ideology and politics. Over my 22 years as a head teacher in radio and TV education, I have always followed the belief that ideological and political education must be given priority and integrated into daily work, guiding students toward adherence to socialism with Chinese characteristics in terms of theory, Chinese culture, patriotic feeling, and desire to serve the country.
